





So I guess this is another angle for movie marketing - the principles placed in front of, well - nothing! I haven't posted it here, but the european 'Paul' poster would make you weep (especially since the movie was written by two movie geeks). I got the latest book from Drew Struzan a while back and it's a brilliant, fascinating, frustrating and sad read and from the evidence these days, I'm starting to understand why he chose to retire. How much worse are movie posters going to get!

I totally agree, movie posters should be filled with colors and action etc, not just de main character, booooooring.....
I love how the first one shows a guy shrugging and the title's "whatever works" as if that's how they designed the poster
just to add fuel to the fire/ tears at the funeral... did you look at the original Italian job poster versus the mark wallberg version?
